As you drive up to the home you’re already getting excited looking at the lake views! Park in Lazy Loons large 6 car driveway, the lake is already an amazing sight to see! No need to find a lockbox or fumble with keys or fears of losing them. We have keyless entry for your convenience.

From the moment you arrive and open the door at this elegant waterfront escape to paradise, you are sure to feel immediately at ease! Take off your shoes, flip flops or boots, relax, unwind and leave all your worries behind! Lazy Loon has brand new mini split air conditioning/heater units & ceiling fans in every room. Brand new couches, beds, mattresses and pillows. No need to be inconvenienced on your vacation if the power ever goes out with a brand new automatic generator for your stay. Take in the expansive views of Locke Lake from every inch of this peaceful paradise, choose from many comfortable areas to relax, in the kitchen area, on the new couches with the warm ambience of the fireplace or on the new large 10 x 34 Trex deck.

Lazy Loons Landings has a 3 seat large kitchen island and 8 person seating with large table to gather for a meal or play one of many board games provided. Rainy day? No problem, Lazy Loons Landing has a game room in the garage with a pool table, air hockey, foosball and a large Connect Four game. Both kids rooms each have an arcade game. One has Galaga and the other has 300+ variety retro games all free play. If you decide to take a break and not cook, there are several restaurants close by.

Early risers can catch the sunrise from the lake off the bedroom from the spacious balcony or lakeside with a cup of fresh brewed coffee, tea or hot chocolate or if you prefer a romantic night with the view of the sunset and starry skies with a glass of your favorite wine or beverage.

Feeling hungry? Barbecue on the gas grill. Make s’mores, relax, cuddle and get warm by the lakeside fire pit, the 330 feet of lakefront is absolutely breathtaking.

When you’re tired and ready to rest up for another amazing day, the new mattresses, clean linen, pillows and blankets will ensure a restful night sleep.

New England has all 4 seasons and our lake home is perfect all year long.

Depending on the time of year, Summertime – Swim, fish or walk down to the lake and go out for an adventure with one of many of our free recreational toys to enjoy. Want to waterski, jet-ski or go boating? There are many rental companies close by to use them on nearby Lake Winnipesaukee or Alton Bay 7 miles away.

Autumn – leaf peeper? Plenty of hiking trails close by.

Winter time – when the lake is iced over and safe, ice skate, snow shoe, ice fishing. Want to go motorized? Take your ATV, snow mobile etc. on Lake Winnipesaukee for a spin. Gunstock is close by for sledding, skiing and tubing.

• Kitchen – Well stocked with all you’ll need, including spacious kitchen island (2 electrical outlets with USB ports) ceiling fan with lights, 3 comfortable stool seats, new stainless steel refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher, new small appliances such as- blender, Keurig, coffee maker, toaster, toaster oven, mixer, tea pot, cutlery, silverware, dishware, pots and pans, baking sheets, roasting pan, strainer, cutting board, whisk, spatula, peeler, tongs, measuring spoons and cups, can opener, stick blender, serving spoons, cooking spray, olive oil, salt, pepper and select spices (vary), starter set of dish detergent and dishwasher pod, napkins and paper towels, dish towel and dish rag.
• Dining room – large table with 8 chairs (infant wooden high chair/booster seat provided) assorted board/ card games.
• Living room – 2 couches (1 queen sleep sofa), 50” Vizio LED SmartCast tv with Roku, brick fireplace (seasonal Oct 1- April 1) – propane, ceiling fan with light
• Laundry room – new washer, dryer, cabinets and counter space for folding. (starter pack of laundry pods and dryer sheets provided), closet space for jackets, shoes and etc.
• ½ Bath – two sink vanity with toilet (starter toilet paper provided)

2nd floor * has 5 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms (starter bath towels-body, hand and wash, linens, blankets and pillows provided)

• 3 Bedrooms – lakefront views (1 Queen bed with bureau and closet in all 3), all 3 bedrooms have sliders with amazing views of Locke lake.
• 2 Bedrooms (1 trundle bed with full bed on top and one twin under with bureau and closet in both) Galaga game console (kids height) Pack N Play provided (guest must provide own linens for mattress)
• 2 Bathrooms- 1 sink vanity, tub with shower and toilet (starter toilet paper provided) 2 hair dryers, hand wash provided also.

• Parking for 6 cars comfortably in driveway (horseshoe)
